How it works
Generate your referral code
Log in to your ChatAds dashboard and go to Team Settings. In the Referral Program card, click Generate referral code to create your unique code. A credit card must be on file before you can generate a code.
Share the code
Send your referral code to anyone building with conversational AI. They’ll need to create their own ChatAds account — share it however you like.
They enter it when upgrading
When the new team adds their first credit card on the Billing page, they enter your referral code in the optional field alongside the card form.

Rules
- Each team can only be referred once
- You cannot refer your own team
- The referred team must add a valid credit card to trigger the reward
- Each credit card can only be used for one referral — using the same card across multiple accounts will not trigger additional credits
- Credits are granted automatically — no action needed after the code is entered

Go to Team Settings and look for the Referral Program card. If you haven’t generated a code yet, click Generate referral code (requires a credit card on file). Once generated, your code is displayed with a copy button. The card also shows your total referrals and credits earned.

Credits are applied instantly when the referred team attaches their first credit card with your code. Both teams see the credits immediately in their billing dashboard.

No. Referral credits do not expire and are applied automatically to your future invoices.
Can I refer a team that already has an account?
Can I refer a team that already has an account?
Yes, as long as they haven’t added a credit card yet. The referral code is entered during the first card attachment, so existing free-tier teams can still use a referral code when they upgrade.
